6. Intellectual Property

7. No Guarantee of Learning Outcomes

The Service is provided as an educational tool to support your language learning journey. We make no representations or warranties that use of the Service will result in any particular level of language proficiency, qualification, or outcome. Progress depends on individual effort, consistency, and other factors outside our control.

8. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. No questions asked. To request a refund, email us at hello@speakgreek.co.uk with your order details and we will process it promptly.

Refunds are not available after the 7-day window has passed. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers to deliver certain functionality, including AI assessment, audio generation, and payment processing. Your interactions with the Service may involve data being processed by these providers in accordance with their own terms and policies. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. By making a purchase, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
